ha $350 to do … ha $350 to do barely anything. In a few months the iPad will come out that looks a lot nicer and can do SOOO much more than the kindle. Nice try Amazon, but once again you have epically failed.
They are two … They are two different things.
An ipad may have 10 hours of battery life but this has up to two weeks of battery, computer screens suck to read on.
While an iPad maybe better at multitasking the Kindle all over it in what it was designed to do and that is to simply read books.
um Amazon wouldn’t … um Amazon wouldn’t care if the kindle got destroyed by the iPad…. They have a Kindle App for that… so their still make money… even more if possible. lol

The kindle dosen’t … The kindle dosen’t support an open format such as epub. Amazon have also deleted books from the kindle without asking. Search new york times website for “Amazon Erases Orwell Books From Kindle”
Please consider an e-reader that supports open formats such as epub. This includes sony’s, the nook and many others.
